Delete your account in a few steps

If you wish to permanently delete your SimYouSoon account, you can easily do so directly from the mobile application. 

This operation is irreversible and will result in the deletion of all your personal data, purchase history, and associated eSIMs. 


 

Before you start

  • 1) Make sure you have the SimYouSoon app installed on your smartphone
  • 2) Log in to your account
  • 3) Check that you do not have any active eSIMs that you wish to keep 

Launch the SimYouSoon application on your mobile device and ensure you are authenticated with your account.

Tap the Profile icon located at the bottom right of the app's navigation bar.

On the profile page, scroll down until you find the "Delete Account" button.


Press "Delete Account". A confirmation message will appear warning you of the consequences of this action.
