What is eSIM and how it works
An eSIM is an integrated digital SIM built directly into your device. With an eSIM you don't need to buy a physical SIM when you travel abroad: you can activate a data plan for your destination area in just a few steps via the App and connect immediately upon arrival.This way you can continue using WhatsApp as well because your phone number stays the same.
Who can buy an eSIM

From mobile app:
- 1. download the Simyousoon app from Google Play or Apple Store;
- 2. sign up or log in via your Google, Apple, or Meta account;
- 3. in the Where are you going field, start typing the name of the destination country or region you need connection for. As you type, you'll see a list of options. Choose the right one;
- 4. you'll be directed to a screen with all available plans for the selected area. For each plan you'll see the GB included, duration, and price. Choose the option that suits you and tap Continue;
- 5. in the cart summary screen you can increase the number of eSIMs to purchase. It's very useful if you're traveling with others and want to buy the same offer for them too!
- 6. In the Coupon field you can enter a promotional code, if you have one. After entering it, tap Apply. If you don't have a discount code, ignore this field;
- 7. choose your billing country from the list;
- 8. check that the order summary is correct;
- 9. choose the payment type and enter the required data. Read the guide for information about payment methods;
- 10. review the terms and conditions of the service and the Privacy policy;
- 11. tap Proceed to payment.
- 12. At the end, you'll see an order confirmation page and receive an email with all the instructions to install and activate your eSIM.
From website:
- 1. go to the commercial website;
- 2. in the Enter your destination field, start typing the name of the country you need connection for. As you type, you'll see a list of options. Choose the right one;
- 3. you'll see a page with all available options for that country. For each option you'll see the eSIM duration and price. Choose the right one;
- 4. you'll be directed to a page with all available plans for the selected area. For each plan you'll see the GB included, duration, and price. Choose the option that suits you and select Go to payment;
- 5. sign up or log in via your Google, Apple, or Meta account;
- 6. in the cart summary section you can increase the number of eSIMs to purchase. It's very useful if you're traveling with others and want to buy the same offer for them too!
