How to recharge an eSIM
To recharge an eSIM:
1. access the Simyousoon app;2. go to My eSIMs;
3. select the eSIM you want to recharge;
4. click on Recharge. Select the destination, choose the plan that best suits your needs
5. select the identified plan;
6. select the payment method and enter the data;
7. complete the order.
You will receive a confirmation message for the recharge order and you can check from the app, in the My eSIMs section, that the recharge has been completed correctly.
By clicking on View Plans, you will see all the plans associated with the eSIM, including the one you just purchased.
All eSIMs are rechargeable until the complete depletion of GB and/or days of validity. You will be notified when the credit or GB are about to run out.
